Privacy Policy
Hom.rent is a free rental-listing aggregator. We keep this simple and collect as little as possible.
What we work with
Public listings. We aggregate rental listings from public Telegram channels. These posts may contain information the original poster chose to make public, including contact details. We do not display contact details without the channel owner's consent, and any listing can be removed on request.
Your account. If you register, we store your email so you can sign in, save searches and get alerts. That's it - no more than needed.
Technical data. Like any website, we process basic technical data (such as IP address and functional cookies) to keep the service running and secure.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies - for your session, security (CSRF), and spam protection. We don't use advertising trackers or anything that follows you across the web, so there's no cookie-consent banner to click through.
Anonymous statistics
To see what works, we count visits, the pages opened during a visit and a few actions (for example, opening the original post in Telegram). If you are not signed in, this is anonymous: no cookies, no profile, nothing that identifies you.
Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. On our own pages we don't record your IP address: we store the country and city it points to and a code made from it that changes every day, so your visits on different days can't be linked to each other or to you. Page-by-page records are deleted after 30 days.
If you are signed in, these actions are linked to your account, the same way your saved searches and favorites are.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host, process and protect the service (for example, hosting/CDN, content processing, anti-spam and anonymous visit statistics). They may process data only to operate Hom.rent on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.
Your choices
You can request removal of a listing at any time via the “Report or request removal” link on it (see our content & removal policy). If you own a Telegram channel, you can verify it and make its listings private yourself. To access or delete account data, or for any privacy request, use our contact form.
